All About Me!!

Hi everyone, I am so thrilled to be a part of this amazing campus serving the community for its FIFTH year. I have been an educator for the past 12 years. Previously I have taught in both private and charter schools. I have had various roles in education from being a classroom teacher to a Reading Interventionist K-5. I have also taught 5th, 6th, 7th, and 9th grade. For the past 4 years I had the privilege of being Richard J Lee Elementary's GTi Specialist. I have learned so much and cannot wait to continue this journey.  With that said I am here for you. I want to support you in the best way I can. I may not know the answers to every question that you have but I will always try my best to find out! I have created this blog so that you are able to learn a little bit about the service offered and be aware of upcoming dates....as well as being prepared when parents ask you questions....with that said please do not hesitate to ask me ANY and ALL questions that you are wondering about.

Here is a GREAT questionnaire that you can answer if you are wondering if a learner in your class falls into the category of a gifted learner, a high achiever, or a creative thinker. It may be a resource that you want to share with parents too!
